1. Concave Diamond Blade Description
SinoDiam hot-pressed general purpose diamond blade is a kind of sintered diamond blade which consists of a solid steel core surrounded by a circular pattern of diamond cutting teeth. By means of Sinodiam's professional hot-pressed diamond tool manufacturing technology, the cutting teeth are made from pretty hard diamond and a certain proportion of metal powder that are pressed together at high temperatures. In addition, this diamond saw blade will be subject to high-temperature and high-pressure sintering through our pioneering diamond tool hot pressed sintering process.
SinoDiam SPTR series Concave diamond blade is desgined for radius cutting, this blade has a long T segments to protect the core, turbo segments can provide a long life and smooth cutting. This blade provides excellent cutting speed on hard materials such as the granite, stone, tile and concrete. On the radius cutting, concave diamond blade can save you time and money versus traditional diamond blades.
