1. Diamond Trapezoid Grinding Plate Description

A diamond grinding plate/shoe/disc is a metal-bonded diamond tool with diamond segments welded or cold-pressed on a steel wheel core. Diamond grinding plate/shoe/disc are usually mounted on concrete grinders to grind abrasive building materials. There are various styles and specifications of diamond grinding cup wheels to fit various application requirements.

Trapezoid diamond grinding plate/blocks are used on floor grinding machines to remove the expoxy, glue, paint and other uneven coating of concrete,terrazzo and stone floor,showing a flat and brand new floor. The trapezoid plate design makes the installation very easy and convenient.

PHTC series is designed to fit the HTC grinder, with the HTC EZ change connection, provide you perfect solution for removing large areas of thin coating, smoothing and smoothing out concrete high spots, as well as cleaning concrete.

• P01, Soft Bond, Providing efficient speed offering good life for hard concrete
• P02, Medium Bond, For Medium Hard concrete and removal of light chemical residue
• P03, Hard Bond, For soft abrasive concrete /mortar, this Harder metal bond segment gives longer life in abrasive applications
